General Notes
Amount Due : The amount due will be calculated based on the unit selected, and the number of people in your group.

We will include the total amount in the confirmation email. Please note that this amount may vary from the "Subtotal" amount shown on the next page. That total does not recalculate based on the number of guests.

Rates : 9.8% Tax will be added : Amounts in U.S. Dollars

All Units : $1,500 per night to rent all six units (excluding the Couples Cabin) - Unlimited People - Exclusive use of camping areas and fire pits

Cabins : Rates are for the first 2 guests. Each additional guest will be $15 per night. There is a 2-night minimum stay in July/August/Holiday Weekends. Otherwise there is no minimum night stay.
Green Hill - $89 per night
Family - $99 per night
Cedar - $119 per night

Lodges : Rates listed are nightly. There is never a minimum night stay.
Chalet - $149 for 4 people - $275 for 5 to 9 - $375 for 10 to 15 people
Small Lodge - $149 for 4 people - $249 for 5 to 9 - $325 for 10 to 15 people
Large Lodge - $149 for 4 people - $299 for 5 to 9 - $449 for 10 to 25 people

2-Hour Early Check-In : $25 / 2-Hour Late Check-Out : $25 - Per Unit - This may not be available if the group staying before you or arriving after you has already requested it.

Special : Arrive on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, stay at least 3 nights and get the 1st night free! Not valid July / August / Holiday Weekends.


Payments : We accept cash, checks and Visa / Mastercard as forms of payment. Full payment is due upon arrival. Unless cash or check payments have been arranged, we will charge the credit card we have on file after your reservation has been confirmed.

Cancellation Policy : You will receive a full refund with at least 10 days notice. After that, there is a 50% cancellation fee.

If you make reservations less than 10 days from the date of your stay, the cancellation fee is 50% of the amount due.

For no-shows or early departures, the full amount is due.

We are not a big hotel chain, so our policies are not set in stone. We try to be as understanding as possible. Please let us know if anything comes up and we will attempt to work with each situation on an individual basis.

Reservation & Deposit Policy : We do need a Visa or Mastercard on file in order to hold a reservation. If you plan on paying by cash or check check, you're welcome to do so. However, we still need a credit card on file to cover possible damages to the units. If the reservation amount is $500 or less, we will charge your credit card for the full amount as soon as it is confirmed. If the amount is over $500, we will charge a $500 deposit immediately, and the remainder will be charged upon arrival.
