THE DO NOT REFLECT ANY DISCOUNTS OR PROMOS. IF APPLICABLE, THEY WILL BE TAKEN OFF WHEN WE SEND YOUR INVOICE FOR REVIEW BEFORE CONFIRMATION. The 2 night price may have an additional charge of $35 per night, depending on dates and number of guests. 2 night stays are allowed on a case by case basis. Additional charges or deductions noted below in monthly policies or on Banner. No Extra Guest Charges for June, July or August. Extra guest fees in other months is $8 per night per person after the 6th guest. Holiday Rates, SPECIALS and min. # of nights will be listed below for each month, if applicable. Holiday and Event weeks may have longer night stays that aren't advertised online and may be priced higher. TAX NOT INCL. Please read each month's policy. SPECIALS APPLICABLE TO NEW BOOKINGS ONLY. Banner offers cannot be combined with any other offers. Best rate will be given at time of booking. Call office for last minute special if there is less than 21 days till your arrival date. Although this is unlikely, we reserve the right deny a booking if this 3rd party calendar system rates show incorrectly for any reason. $40 non-refundable damage waiver for bookings of 3 or more nights. $20 on 2 night stays.
